Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 06:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped using our standard shipping service.

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–10 Business Days (Processing + Transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Location

Currently, we ship orders only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

No additional shipping fees will be charged during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package experiences a significant delay or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  2. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Email the photos along with your order number and description of the issue.

Without sufficient photographic evidence, we may be unable to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Forever Have Faith is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by customers.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
